These are the charges that will appear on the Bentley student account in Workday.  Bentley-approved study abroad programs follow the Bentley home school tuition policy.

NON BILLABLE EXPENSES
Students pay “non-billable” expenses independently.  These expenses are not billed by Bentley.  The non-billable expenses included here are ESTIMATES.  Many of these expenses will vary based on personal preferences and local factors. Consult materials provided by the host university or program, and speak with your study abroad advisor for more details.

PERSONAL EXPENSES
The total amount varies depending on the student's spending habits and needs. Personal expenses may include, entry/exit fees, residency fees, activity/student union fees, optional tours, excursions, and/or volunteer activities, utilities/internet, cell phone/SIM Card, etc. You are expected to pay about 20 EUR for passport photos with CD, 169 EUR for your residence permit, and 400 EUR for your Greek National bank account. The bank deposit is your money to keep.

HOUSING
Bentley does not bill housing fees for this program.  Students select housing independently and are responsible for making housing payments directly to the housing provider. Students must arrange to pay a housing deposit of approximately $300 to secure housing. This payment is due at the time of the housing application, typically due in April for the fall semester and October for the spring semester.

STUDENT VISA EXPENSES
Visa must be obtained prior to departure from the US.  The application and fee are submitted directly to the Greek Embassy/Consulate nearest to you. The fee may vary by Embassy. Contact the Greek Embassy nearest to you.
