BILLABLE EXPENSES
These are the charges that will appear on the Bentley student account.  Bentley approved study abroad programs follow the Bentley home school tuition policy. The $497 additional program cost is CIEE's participation confirmation fee and your CIEE insurance cost. CIEE will send you information regarding your insurance   

Bentley bills $175 for international insurance. Your insurance will be provided by CIEE. The $300 additional program cost is CIEE's participation confirmation fee.

NON BILLABLE EXPENSES
Students pay “non-billable” expenses independently. These expenses are not billed by Bentley. The non-billable expenses included here are ESTIMATES. Many of these expenses will vary based on personal preferences and local factors. Consult materials provided by the host university or program, and speak with peer advisors for more details.

HOUSING
Bentley does not bill housing fees for this program. Students select housing through CIEE and are responsible for making housing payments directly to CIEE. Students in this program live with local host families, and 3 meals per day are included in the price. Student residences are also an option, pending availability. Price above  reflects the estimated cost for the International Business & Culture  and  Business & Society program may per semester. Housing payments are due in late June for the fall semester and late November/early December for the spring semester.

PERSONAL EXPENSES
The total amount varies depending on the student's spending habits and needs. Personal expenses may include entry/exit fees, residency fees, activity/student union fees, optional tours, excursions, and/or volunteer activities, utilities/internet, cell phone/SIM Card, etc.
