BILLABLE EXPENSES
These are the charges that will appear on the Bentley student account in Workday. Bentley-approved study abroad programs follow the Bentley home school tuition policy.
NON BILLABLE EXPENSES
Students pay “non-billable” expenses independently. These expenses are not billed by Bentley. The non-billable expenses included here are ESTIMATES. Many of these expenses will vary based on personal preferences and local factors. Consult materials provided by the host university or program, and speak with your study abroad advisor for more details.
PERSONAL EXPENSES
The total amount varies depending on the student's spending habits and needs. Personal expenses may include, entry/exit fees, residency fees, activity/student union fees, optional tours, excursions, and/or volunteer activities, utilities/internet, cell phone/SIM Card, etc.
HOUSING
Bentley does not bill housing fees for this program. Students select housing through CBS and are responsible for making housing payments directly to the housing provider. Typically, students must pay a housing deposit and half of the semester rent in order to secure housing. The amount will vary greatly. The payment is usually due in June (for the fall term) and December (for the spring term). The payment must be made via wire transfer.
