BILLABLE EXPENSES
These are the charges that will appear on the Bentley student account. Bentley approved study abroad programs follow the Bentley home school tuition policy.
Bentley bills $175 for international insurance. Your insurance will be provided by your provider.
NON BILLABLE EXPENSES
Students pay “non-billable” expenses independently. These expenses are not billed by Bentley. The non-billable expenses included here are ESTIMATES. Many of these expenses will vary based on personal preferences and local factors. Consult materials provided by the host university or program, and speak with peer advisors for more details.
HOUSING
Bentley does not bill housing fees for this program. Students select housing through the housing provider and are responsible for making housing payments directly to the housing provider. 12 meals per week are included in the housing fee, and students are responsible for purchasing their remaining meals. Students who elect to live in the residence hall incur an additional fee of $1200. Students will be billed by IES in mid May for the fall semester and early December for the spring semester.
