BILLABLE EXPENSES
These are the charges that will appear on the Bentley student account. Bentley approved study abroad programs follow the Bentley home school tuition policy.
Bentley bills $175 for international insurance. Your insurance will be provided by your provider.
NON BILLABLE EXPENSES
Students pay “non-billable” expenses independently. These expenses are not billed by Bentley. The non-billable expenses included here are ESTIMATES. Many of these expenses will vary based on personal preferences and local factors. Consult materials provided by the host university or program, and speak with peer advisors for more details.
HOUSING
Bentley does not bill housing fees for this program. Students select housing through CEA and are responsible for making housing payments directly to CEA. Students who elect to live with a host family will have 2 meals per day included in the housing cost. Students who request to live with an Italian roommate will incur a fee. Housing cost may vary depending on academic program student applies to (ex. Full curriculum vs. Study & Internship in Rome).
PERSONAL EXPENSES
The total amount varies depending on the student's spending habits and needs. Personal expenses may include optional tours, excursions, and/or entertainment activities, personal purchases, utilities/internet, cell phone/SIM Card, etc.
