Program Description:

Coventry, England
The University of Warwick’s lively campus is located just outside of bustling city of Coventry. Modern and cosmopolitan but with a rich history, Coventry is a city of contradictions. Much of the city had to be rebuilt after the Blitz in World War II but areas of the old city remain, so old and new now sit side-by-side. This means that you’ll find major highstreet shops, restaurants, nightclubs and bars within a five minute walk of medieval monuments such as St Mary’s Guildhall.

Coventry is located just an hour by train to London.

The University of Warwick
The University of Warwick is one of the UK’s leading universities with an acknowledged reputation for excellence in research and teaching, innovation, and links with business and industry. Warwick has consistently maintained its position in the top ten of UK university league tables, offering courses with high academic content that are stimulating and challenging. Undergraduate and postgraduate degrees are available across four faculties: Arts, Medicine, Science and Social Science.

Academics and Courses
Students will be enrolling at the Warwick Business School, but have access a wide range of both business and arts and science courses. Courses are worth 3 or 4 Bentley credits.

Accommodations and Meals
Most students apply to live on campus, where they are never more than a 15 minutes’ walk from lectures and university facilities. Living on campus is also a great way to meet new people. All the campus accommodation is self-catering- meaning no meal plan- with well-equipped shared kitchens. There are two supermarkets close by and a grocery store on campus, so students don’t have far to go to stock up on food. If students don’t feel like cooking, there is no shortage of places to eat out around campus.

Students also have the option to live off campus in Coventry, Leamington Spa, or Kenilworth. Warwick Accommodation works closely with the Student Union, which can offer advice on housing in the private sector, as well as checking tenancy agreements and security.

To help students get on and off campus easily, there are frequent bus services linking different areas of campus and running to and from Coventry, Leamington Spa and Kenilworth. Students can buy bus passes for the full term online. During term time, the Student Union also runs night buses from campus to some surrounding areas after late-running events.
