You must open a program application BEFORE a funding application. If you open a funding application or scholarship application first, you will be unable to open a program application.

Only ONE program application can be opened PER TERM. You will NOT be able to open an application in the same term for multiple programs (Ex: If you are trying to open a Spring 2025 application for CAPA Florence, but already have an application open for IES Milan in Spring 2025, you will need to withdraw your existing Spring 2025 application in order to open a new one for a different program).

Please open an application for your strongest program preference first, and indicate your second and third program preferences under the same application (Ex: Open a Spring 2025 program application for CAPA Florence, and under that application, list IES Milan as your second preference).

Please do not open an Academic Year 2024-2025 application if you do not wish to be abroad for both Fall 24 AND Spring 25
