Program Description:

MG 3900 Career Challenges: Gender & Culture is a course for all genders and includes a trip to Rome, Italy and Sofia, Bulgaria. The goal of the course is for all participants to better understand how to identify elements of culture and gender that can impact your career and how to manage culture and gender biases that may harm or help your career. Management Professors Susan Adams who led a similar course in 2015 and Tatiana Manolova who is Bulgarian will be leading the course.
